    The dumpster is overflowing. The leaking roofs are covered with tarps for months. New ownership is hugely increasing rates at renewal. WATCH OUT !!!!

    Buccaneer Trace is perfectly located between downtown Savannah and the beach, but is also in close proximity to State Parks and other outdoor recreational activities. The community is beatific and lends itself to pleasant walk and biking and it is safe to do at any time. The staff is professional, friendly , and courteous. A wonderful place to live.

    The only positive thing I can say is that the location is nice and safe. It’s close to grocery stores and other convenient establishments but management is beyond inadequate. I truly detest having to deal with management or maintenance in any context.

    If you want to smoke weed or cigarettes in your apartment and trash it however you want with no repercussions then this is the place for you, as long as you don’t store anything in the cubby underneath the stairs outside of your front door for “fire” safety reasons or dont have anything that goes past your small back porch you will never be bothered by management! As long as it looks good outside of your apartment they don’t care what the inside looks like. If you’re a good tenant and keep your ...
    apartment clean and tidy you be constantly asked if the office can use your apartment for walk throughs when higher management comes to look around while your at work. If you have concerns during lunch time don’t bother calling or going to the office because it’s locked and nobody’s in there for 1-2 hours since everyone goes to lunch at the same time. If someone who doesn’t live in the community comes walking around your vehicles or even your apartment multiple times a week for months straight don’t bother calling the office because they’ll tell you to call the police and handle it yourself.

Its location is one of the best you will find on the islands, being only 15 minutes to Tybee or 15 minutes to downtown Savannah.
