Worst decision I ever made
March 4, 2019Hands down the worst place I have ever lived. The entire hallway smelled like marijuana, and my neighbors were always having parties. My apartment was heavily smoked in, I couldn't stand it. I understand that there isn't a no smoking policy, but it was unlike anything I've ever experienced. I ended up getting sick from it and told management. I was told if I provided a note from my Doctor than I would be able to move into a different unit that was available. I got the note, but apparently it ...wasn't good enough. I didn't understand why I couldn't move into a vacant apartment that was available. Not accommodating at all. Management is awful. When I left my apartment had a bug problem that I brought up 3 times. The 3rd time I was told Pest Control would be there in a MONTH which is unacceptable. The first time Pest Control came they didn't even look in my bedroom where the pile of bugs and droppings was, they only looked in the living room. Extremely poor and lazy service. My lease should have been terminated without penalty. The walls are paper thin..which is fine because I didn't have cable and I could listen to the neighbor's TV through the wall. If I could do it over, I would pay an extra 100-200 dollars to live somewhere else. Don't rent here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Better off with the trailer park
January 30, 2017Promised a $100 deposit, magically went to $600 as soon as I signed the contract. I was too young and stupid to know any better. Constantly changing policies that seem to just add more fees ($100 pet fee became $300 when I asked a week later). No parking enforcement over nonresidents, and I was punished for moving a cone so I could park my car. My car was plowed in by the management because I parked in the "wrong spot" and I was made to clean it out myself while I had a nast cough/cold and could ...hardly breathe. I moved the cone so I could park my car near the apartment I acutally pay rent on when the nonresidents take all the parking spaces during winter. There hadn't been any snowfall in a month and we'd barely taken 2 inches, but they managed to unearth enough to stuff UNDER MY BUMPER for the crime of parking my car. Never, Never, Never again. August 5, 2015owners will not make improvements.as in ,windows,heating,a.c.,,they prefer to plant flowers and plants out front and replace sidewalks that did not need to be. raise rent for a WORKOUT room, than do real improvements..Review from Apartments.com
