December 22, 2024Overall I would give 3.5 here. The only exceptional part of this apartment is the maintenance staffs. they are always trying to help you and resolve issue on time. However there is a fly problem during the summer. It's not livable condition. I asked my friends but seems like this apartment has the worst condition for flies. Also, I dont think the rent is cheaper given the condition so I would recommend to look for better conditioned apartment at the same priceProperty Manager Responded

November 23, 2024Buckhead 960 is a beautiful place to stay, very safe and the leasing office is very friendly and always helpful to us. I like it here, I have renewed my lease because I feel safe to stay at Buckhead 960. One thing I don’t like it’s the dog poo that is all over the place, they are trying to clean but people still don’t take care of the or dogs dirty.Property Manager Responded

November 18, 2024My first week here was a bit bumpy, not terrible though. The staff is very polite and respectful. The bump I had was I moved from out of state and I didn't know my new apartment was going to be adjacent to a community space that was under remodeling. Being I work from home, it would had been important for me to know this, in advance, in which case I would have chosen a different apartment. However, the staff is kind and polite. So, I am very confident that they along with the property management ...company will work something out for me, soon, so I can feel more ease and peace of mind. I am waiting and hope to have the matter resolved soon, so I can swap apartments before the Thanksgiving holiday so I can enjoy my holiday without any additional stress. Jared in particular stood out to me because his politeness made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared about. So, a very special thank you to Jared.Property Manager Responded
