    I called to inquire about 1 bed apartments & was told none were available, however the property manager was very kind by providing me additional names & contact info of other communities to call. She was working alone as other phones could be heard ringing in the background & I told her she could put me on hold & answer the other calls & she replied that she would call them back if a number was shown on caller id & she continued to patiently answer all of my questions & offered to still give us ...

  • Okay but way to expensive

    Have been living here for quite a time now the prices are extremely high on top of that. Yes you have access to your own obviously laundry room but that’s another way of how they get you with fees 250 per wash as well as dry, which is ridiculous with the amount of rent that you pay already on top of any other fee that they may charge you for pets , stickers for your car, etc. also, they have no remorse when it comes to. If you are late on your rent, they will bring you to court so fast even if ...
    you do proactively let them know that you have scheduled a late payment already in your portal. Laundry room can be a lot cleaner, especially the washers. It’s ridiculous that you have to clean yourself when doing a wash from somebody else’s previous wash very cheap windows on top of that so crank your heat up as it is free heat and hot water is already been several situations where windows have fallen just because of the wind with many tenants. Also, on top of that, I will say it is pretty quiet, which is good pretty decent neighbors, except for the select a few that like to constantly complain and we know who they are. Other than that one positive I can say is if you ever need any support from maintenance they’re usually pretty quick to come and help. Jorge is definitely the best when it comes to the maintenance. We do not plan to live here too much longer again as the rent is ridiculously high ever since the new company took over read the reviews before you apply if you do want to live here or any other Simon company places also they’ve been talking for years about a pool and still, nothing has been done

    I have lived here for over 10 years & have seen several managers & office staff come & go, some pleasant but never available to speak with, some just rude. However, the newest Manager & her assistant are fabulous, available to speak with or reach whether by phone, text, email or a visit to the office.

  • Wonderful place to live

    I moved in about 2 weeks ago and I have to say this has been a great decision. The management is absolutely wonderful. Grounds are clean and accessible as well as all of the common areas. The application process was streamlined and handled so well by the management staff, and I even had them reach out to me to check in on how I was doing with the new move. The apartment itself was in perfect condition upon move in and I could not find one negative thing to say about the community.

  • New Management

    I've lived here for two years and during that time I've felt there have been issues with the management. However, there is new management that have recently moved over from another property and they are lovely. They have been quick to return calls and willing to hear issues and do their best to remedy them quickly. I just signed for a third year and am looking forward to seeing what this new team does.

  • Pricey with poor management

    After a short time living there, I decided I couldn’t take it any longer and moved out. To start the apartment is well advertised and has a ton of false promises. The rooms were spacious and there was a lot of closet space. Some tenants were nice, a lot of smokers. There are constant inspections of “fire alarm systems” or whichever excuse without proper notice. Mgmt would leave a note on the door and not mailed or emailed according to the RI Tenant Handbook. Cars will be towed randomly, without ...
    warning if the parking sticker isn’t displayed correctly (although the office collects registration and insurance information annually). A couple tenants purchased new vehicles and although the office had their registration information and did not provide a parking sticker, their cars were towed. There was no reimbursement from the main office, nor did they know where the tow company was located until multiple people complained. The laundry room has machines that constantly break down or rip up clothing and the office doesn’t do anything about it due to the company being outsourced. I had issues with my refrigerator and maintenance themselves complained of how the company would rather repair a dying fridge than replace it. It is a poorly managed company that wants a lot of money for sub par apartments. I would not recommend to anyone looking at this place. Please turn away and find something else.

    Great place, great location, and great staff! I moved in a nearly 3 months ago and I couldn’t be happier with the place and location. Across the street from the park which is on the beach and is great for walks with the family and dog. The bike path is literally behind the Townhomes and is great for going on evening runs!     This is a very good place for me and my puppy. The maintenance guys are so polite and Paulina at the office was so welcoming and made sure we had everything for our move. I just wish the gym and laundry room was opened 24h so people with different work schedules could go at all times.

  • Sadly will end up moving

    Just okay apartments considering people are constantly smoking outside next to or on the steps, which is supposed to be a lease violation. As a windows open type of person this is a bummer. This also leads to the littering of cigarette butts. Leasing is sometimes kind, sometimes not so much. Great location and good utilities/maintenance, unfortunately we will not be renewing our lease

    I've recently moved into Bullocks about 2 months ago with my boyfriend. We love the environment and how friendly the staff is! Paulina is always on top of things and the rest of the staff get the job done quick! Location is perfect! Not too far away from Barrington or Seekonk and plenty to do!
