Horrible Environment
November 4, 2018I lived in the apartment upstairs in 2C and I stayed there a year and the woman below me named Melissa would always complain to the manager about me walking around making alot of noise in my own apartment!! The walls are not noise proof so whatever you do and say, other tenants and people could hear you. There is no maintenance person that could help you on the property at ALL its always the manager you had to call..
