I enjoy the apartment
September 21, 2022Staff are friendly and helpful. I moved in a few weeks ago, had a few minor issues that were dealt with in a prompt and friendly manner. maintenance guy is great and went out of his way to be accommodating. Parking is an issue, but could be solved easily, by assigning one spot to each apartment and overflow would go to overflow parking. I am glad I chose SpyglassProperty Manager Responded

So Many Maintenance Problems
October 13, 2021We moved in a couple of weeks ago to a dirty apartment with several maintenance issues. We have had to put in a ton of work orders to get things fixed or replaced. The apartment was also full of roaches from the time we moved in. We told management several times about the bugs, but they will not do anything outside the regularly scheduled pest control to fix the issue. It is absolutely disgusting, and we are regretting our decision to move here.Property Manager Responded

Cute....but ZERO PARKING
November 3, 2019The apartments are beautiful and staff are super nice BUT there is absolutely zero parking. That is my biggest complaint. It’s not even the cost of the rent and the fact they charge 25$ for each pet with a max of 2 pets. But between 6pm-8am you will find no parking. (Where can I find a 9-5 job getting paid enough to pay for my rent) People are parking in handicap to avoid having to park at chicken express or the car wash. All reserved parking (covered and garages) are taken. If you park in ...reserved you will get a tow sticker. The office staff hands are tied they said they even tried submitting a parking proposal to cooperate and it was rejected. The whole design of the complex is bizarre. I live in the 2 bedroom units. My building has about 32 units. And if you imagine 2 people live in each unit that is approximately 64 people. Let’s say everyone has a car. THATS 64 CARS. literally fighting for 14 parking spots outside my building. Yes that is right 14 parking spaces!! I’m sad it is the way it is and I can’t wait until my lease is up. I pay way too much to not have place to park.Property Manager Responded

Not good.
October 24, 2019No parking after 5 or 6. The security gate stays open all the time (what's the point in having one?). Very thin walks and ceilings. You can hear and smell everything your neighbors do. The pool is nasty and fill of rude people. We pay for pest control monthly yet we still have lots of ants. The front office people are nice and these are really nice looking apartments, but I wouldn't recommend this place.Property Manager Responded
