Not bad, not great
September 23, 2015Ive been here for 3 months now, and I feel like the pros outweigh the cons just enough for my hubby and I to still love the place. So, cons: 1. Electric is not included in rent, and eeeeeeveruthing is electric. I didn't look closely at this and just assumed heat would be covered, but no, heating is supplied through electric radiators in each room. Expect a high power bill. 2. The laundry is freakin 1.75 a cycle. My last place had a washer and dryer so this seems really high to me... 3. The ...staff blows. Maintenance and grounds seem to do a good job, but I avoid the office staff whenever possible now. I realize this is getting long, but Pros: 1. Rooms are huge compared to other 1-2 bedroom apartments in the area. 2. Utilities probably make this about even, but the rent is much less for similarly sized apartments. 3. They allow both dogs and cats, and I mean big dogs too. 4. My building at least is really quiet the majority of the time. 5. I think the grounds are kind of pretty. There's lots of trees and they take great care of their flowers. 6. The bath tub is huge. It's got a weird back, but seriously, it's massive. I hope this helps. I like it here, but theres admittedly some issues. No building is ever perfect, so I just try to avoid the negatives whenever possible, and be grateful for all the extra square footage!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Nice Place
August 2, 2015The apartments here are pretty nice. Management are very helpful and friendly. This place was our first apartment in Minnesota, so we didn't know what to expect for pricing. But after living here for over a year we believe we are getting our money's worth from this place. Some awesome things about this apartment (from our prospectives) is that the area seems to be pretty quite and also has a great location with being right next to the 169 interstate. The single bedroom apartment we have is very ...spacious, but with a small kitchen to compensate. Parking doesn't really seem to be much of an issue, especially since it's open parking, unless you have a garage spot. When ever they are doing some sort of maintenance on the building or in the parking lot they do a pretty good job of notifying you and they are usually during typical business hours when most aren't home. A couple things about the place we don't really like about the place are just things that make it not convenient and shows the buildings age. The out-going Mail is only located in the office, which sucks. No bathroom ventilation. We can't use one drawer in our kitchen because of how the oven is set up/blocking it. The only amenity is the pool and free heating. The heating is also controlled by management, so they only turn it on when winter actually starts. But overall the apartment is pretty good, especially for the location and price.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
