Renters Reviews and Ratings
Don't live here
January 29, 2016I've been stuck in this wretched apartment complex for 5 years. In that time we've had seven different managers. The manager referred to in the other review was ok, but he's not with the company anymore. The "remodeled" units have old appliances, gaps in drywall. They take forever to respond to a maintenance request and then the repairs they do are incomplete and subpar. We'd have moved already but they jacked up the rent. Very much not worth the money. Avoid. You can do better. Even in White ...Center.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
BEST NEW MANAGEMENT
August 13, 2015Normally when a resident hears that their complex will be getting a(n) new management team, suddenly they go into bouts over What the new manager is like and how fair are they, and all other panic. Continuously before, The Burien Place complex receives a new Management Team twice if not three times a year! So it was only a matter of how long is this one staying. However immediately I was in shock by how different the new team was, instead of only showing their face at the first of the month-he ...took the opportunity to make a newsletter, fix up the Laundry Room and even allowed us Free Garbage Day for an upcoming Unit Inspection. What a huge difference! This is a manager who cares for his complex and his tenants, not only by asking what we would like our community to look like and what we would like to see improved on, but also helping our parking situation ( since we have no assigned), and written request box for Any unit maintenance. He's also very flexible with Financial Situations when My Mother had lost her job and we were upcoming the First of The Month. I've bragged about my management team to friends and co-workers who actually do envy me. I'm so thankful for this new team. Made my living so much less stressful and more livable. Thank You!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
