Amazing Staff and Neighbors
August 2, 2024There is always room for improvement. Since I've moved here in Aug of 2021, there has been so many positive changes in the complex. From the property's green areas and all the amenities to the office staff and to the quality and kindness of the new tenants. Expect Rent to Skyrocket after Renewing Lease
January 18, 2024Me and my partner live here. The apartments are nice if you can afford them. No sound complaints, nice neighbors, the club house is cool. Pool is fairly clean. However, we received "low renewal rates" that increased rent by $100 no matter what choice we chose. Disappointed that we couldn't stay longer.Review from Apartments.com
Friendliest Staff!!
September 18, 2023I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the staff at my apartment complex, and I must say, they are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. From the moment I inquired about the community, they were more than happy to answer any questions I had and provide me with all the information I needed. Even after I moved in, they continued to be incredibly helpful. Whenever I had an issue, they were quick to address it and always made sure that I was satisfied with the outcome. It's clear ...that they truly care about their residents and go above and beyond to make sure that we are happy and comfortable. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the staff at my apartment complex. They have made my experience here truly enjoyable, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service they provide. Great Apartments
September 25, 2022My wife and I just moved and transferred to another apartment close to downtown. Hated leaving because these are such great apartments. Monica and Jacob were very easy to work with, maintenance was quick and professional as well. Very close to I-26 and the airport.
