December 19, 2024Since moving in, I’ve been blown away by how amazing life is here. The community is beautifully taken care of. Living at Cameo Apartments has been nothing short of amazing. Only downside I wish they fix is that the pool is not heated, so it's mostly just usable 4 months out of the year. If it was heated I think more people would use it for exercise.Property Manager Responded

December 7, 2024Cameo has been incredible! The apartments and facilities are beautiful and feel brand new. I was worried about noise when moving here but it’s been great! November 18, 2024I like the community, it is pretty well maintained and its in a great location. I really love the location, I've never lived so close to a freeway, and I love being close to the Orange Circle. Whenever I've submitted a work order, it has been addressed the same day. Communication could use some improvement between the management office and tenants. I don't like the way the rent amount is calculated. This company calculates what your rent will be depending on what you make. It can be helpful or ...a total disadvantage.Property Manager Responded

Araceli and Suli work so hard to keep this place looking clean and brand new! And they are always so pleasant and cheerful every morning I see them.
