    This is a really great community to live in. It's clean, brightly lit, and secure, which is super important to me as a woman living on her own. The staff are wonderful - they're friendly, communicative, and really do put in the extra effort to ensure tenants feel welcome and valued. Maintenance is always very responsive when something needs to be fixed. When my washer broke, the tech opened up an empty unit for me to do my laundry since it would be several days before someone could come and fix ...
    it. They really went the extra mile for me.

    It’s great I love it here. I love how spacious my apartment is. I love the view. I love how there are two gyms. I also like how we have multiple outs side areas.

    Overall it has been a great place to live. We are close to a lot of things from the Greenway to various parks and local shops. The new businesses popping up in the area are nice to see! Plus the addition of a doggy daycare just steps away from the Lofts is going to be very convenient. The only complaint is some of the people moving in can't understand the concept of keeping shared spaces clean or smoke free, but that comes with living in a larger community. Management has been super responsive ...
    and helpful and maintenance is always fast and gets the job done right the first time!

    I'm pleased as a resident at C&E. I like the location and the access to both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul and the access to the lightrail. I also like how well kept the property. The staff has been great.

    Love this place! Great location! Parking can be a little rough at times because of events in the area and people parking in the lot like they aren’t supposed to but overall I loved this apartment!

    Clare and Juliane are compassionate, professional individuals who have made my move-in very smooth. The 1 bedroom Lofts apartment I am in is absolutely stunning. The word guests use to describe it is that it has so much CHARACTER.
