  • Can't tell what's true between what they tell us

    I went in and put in an application for this apartment complex. We were told that the soonest opening for any of these apartments was going to be in October and we were added to a waiting list. Seeing as these apartments were updates as of 3 hours before this review stating that the apartment is available now is very disheartening to see. I can't tell if this apartment is catfishing for more applicants or if there are apartments available.

    Trust nothing they say, from how much you will owe down to when they will call you back. Frequent rent increases. The walls are thin enough to talk through. Kids constantly screaming in the halls. Hot tub frequently not working. Ongoing leaking water issues from the first day despite multiple "repairs."

    One of the worst places ever i have lived in some pretty bad apartment complexes but this one is by far the worst, the management is absolutely lazy they don’t do anything about your complaints the maintenance is pretty good but everybody there smokes weed and when you go and complain to the management about it or that you can smell it all they say is oh there’s nothing they can do about it they have to catch it in the act, I was 34 weeks pregnant and fell in the parking lot because they refused ...
    to patch up all the holes I went to go complain to the management and they did absolutely nothing about it the baby was ok but I bruised my knee and now have knee problems and yet they’re still not doing anything about it all they want is money they want to charge you for almost every little thing when I first moved in with my boyfriend they didn’t issue me a garage key and when I told them that we only had one garage key to the apartment they tried telling me that they were going to charge me five dollars for a key, you can only do laundry from certain times of the day and if you do laundry outside those hours they give you a piece of paper threatening to lock the doors from those times of night definitely would not recommend this place they don’t care about anybody but themselves all they care about is money.
