Best place in Boca
September 22, 2020Wonderful place to live. The team at Cade is amazing! Youlande, The Property Manager has helped me every step of the way during the leasing process and during move-in . Being in a different state, never seeing my new townhome was a gamble. But working with Youlande, I knew I was in good hands. She kept constant communication, and I could always count on her or Stephanie ( the Leasing Manager ) for help if I had any questions. Moving from another state can be really stressful, but it really wasn't ...thanks to the team at Cade. As soon as I arrived Youlande and Stephanie greeted me and truly felt welcomed, and knew right then I had made the right choice. Within a few minutes of stepping into my home for the first time, the Maintenance Manager Jose, introduced himself . The facilities are pristine, I love the landscaping; the palm trees and the beautiful yellow flowers that match the happy yellow hues of the buildings are gorgeous. Coming from a busy city in the Northeast, I in awe at how quiet it is here. Best of all I love my new home and as a bonus I feel like I also made 3 new friends.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
