    Only been here 2 weeks but so far it’s a 5! Thank you Monica for the easy move in. The apartments are great quality and I bought an EV car because of the free fast charging right outside my door. Community is very quiet and beautiful.

    My experience here has been great so far. Honestly Monica who’s the assistant manager has been a help ensuring us all here to transition from one manager to the next. Whenever you need anything she’s always on top of it despite her work load in the front office! Her attitude doesn’t waver and she’s honestly the face that I would have to represent my company!

    Overall, I’ve been satisfied living here though I’d love to see a few changes. It’d would be great if there were more resident events. It seems they plan for a few and then they are cancelled at the last minute. Landscaping and dog waste has been an issue and (as a dog owner) it’s really frustrating that the warnings of enforcing the policy don’t seem to make a difference. Right now the landscapers are coming regularly but it’s been spotty in the past year without explanation or notice. The ...
    constant change in staff is frustrating as well. The amenities are a great perk and the maintenance staff are quick to fix issues. If you don’t like noise, stay further away from the construction site.

    The amenities here are great. Dog washing station, gym, and great swimming pool. This place feels more like a resort than an apartment. I can’t wait for the grocery to be completed. That is only a 60 second walk from the property.
