April 3, 2024management is the worse here. she is married to the handy man and he is very rude and are unprofessional. The pool, laundry mat, and building is filthy and requests take up to 2 weeks. I had no stove or oven for 6 months. The company could care less what you think about what management is doing.Review from Apartments.com
What a shame
July 25, 2017Good location, close to fwys and quiet building. It's a shame that management gets a big F. The complex is unkept, manager on site is a huge lie(she doesn't even live in the building). The place is filthy, spiderwebs everywhere, dust and the stairs are just disgusting. When brought to management attention their response is "cleaning is done periodically". The lobby,laundry room, pool furniture, let's just say the complex is practically abandoned when it comes to cleaning. Let's not forget ...the brown water from the sink and tub. It's quiet n neighbors keep to themselves. Wish they would have a different hands on manager that cared.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good bones
September 15, 2015Near 3 major fwys, and attractions(Universal studios),this gem is solid, with sturdy bones. It has tons of storage and is walking distance to the Noho Arts district.It needed almost no repairs after a major earthquake( I lived down the street), and I feel safe here. There are 2 parks with walking trails, baseball,basketball, tennis, and skateboarding nearby. And there's an airport less than 15 minutes away for that quick getaway out of town!
