April 3, 2025I chose Cambridge Oaks which is quite close to the school and it is easier for me to walk to school and I am also quite scared when driving on the streets of Houston because there are too many cars and they drive too recklessly. At first when comparing with Cullen Oaks, it seems that Cullen Oaks has more points but I still choose Cambridge Oaks because I find the staff of Cambridge Oaks enthusiastic and answer my questions. April 1, 2025Great area, close to the UH, safe, quiet, respectable staff. I consider the rent price slightly expensive, and lack of transparency when it comes to water bills is not nice. Also, can't fix my toilet leakage for the longest time (has made like 3 requests already, the person comes but cant fix it). March 14, 2025The community is quiet at night, and the amenities work most of the time. Recently (spring 2025), frequent maintenance requests and water outages/hot water outages have occurred. As long as you clean bimonthly/weekly, there are no bug problems.Property Manager Responded

March 12, 2025Living here has been very beneficial for in terms of of price and the environment quality. My apartment is affordable so it’s help me to save a lot of money. Also, the environment is very quiet, everyone is friendly, respectful and supportive. The staff members are very helpful, they are very committed to helping as soon as we call them. October 2, 2024Unfortunately the state the apartment was in when we first moved in wasn’t great. We had contractors in and out of our place for the first two weeks dealing with various issues. My bedroom still doesn’t have trim and it’s causing ants and other bugs to find their way in.Property Manager Responded
