    Definitely wanted to love living here but the experience started to become garbage as time went on. Not only did they try to evict my family in a time that everything was paid off by rental assistance, they put up the eviction after telling us they wouldn’t accept it & had already pushed it through to the court when they doubled back to say they made a mistake. So besides wrongfully trying to evict us, when sending someone to serve us, she told us that there’s new management who’s kicking ...
    everyone out to call it “remodeled” (which meant adding vinyl floor and white paint - what our unit already has) in order to raise the rent. Other than the weird management going on, it’s an okay place to live if you don’t mind random hikes in your rent, a light needing to be replaced every few weeks, dishwasher/disposal needing maintenance often, and those “remodeled” floors with bubbles & since having maintenance done on plumbing months ago there have been random bugs (HUGE roaches, crickets, and grasshoppers are easily stuck in the wall or able to get in through holes in the door, lifted flooring, cracked baseboards, under dishwasher, etc) happen to come out of holes/cracks that weren’t sealed up when we first moved in. It was nice for what it was when moving in and although the issues we’ve faced lately, we haven’t had an issue with Belinda & absolutely love Maria, she’s very fast with maintenance calls (as often as they may be). A huge tip is buy your own washer and dryer, the laundry facilities don’t wash or dry clothes all the way but charge almost two dollars in quarters for a load. If you’re gonna run my pockets, at least upgrade with things we need like better laundry facilities and someone walking around to do bee maintenance. My husband’s had to knock down two wasp nests over our door earlier this week. Must be everything going wrong since we have to move out lol

    I was very impressed with the entire community! Management (Belinda) and staff (Maria) are professional, personable and attentive. The overall grounds are beautifully decorated (plants) and entire propery is very clean and well maintained. The apartment is very spacious and clean and I really like all the ammenities. Pet friendly! My pet Tachi and I are very happy to be part of the community! I give the staff & property a 10 rating. Thank you y Gracias!!!
