Mold
December 31, 2021I rented with this apartment for a few years, at first it seems nice, the people are nice to you. When you actually take some time and open all of the cabinets, look behind things, and just look closely, the place is disgusting. It’s not insulated correctly so no matter what it’s scorching hot and the pitiful AC unit doesn’t do anything to help except raise your power bill. There is mold EVERYWHERE. They say to let them know so they can come bleach it up but it shouldn’t even be happening. They ...know about it but won’t pay to fix anything. The carpets are disgusting but don’t worry they’ll blame that on you when you go to move out. The neighborhood is decent, the neighbors are nice, and the maintenance guys are nice but that’s about it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Takes forever to respond
October 12, 2021Never emails when they claim they will, waited on hold for over 30 minutes. Went to office only to find no one there, cant get an application sent to my email or address properly. If this is how signing up is, id hate to see how current tenants are there with problems.Review from Apartments.com

Very Excellent
May 28, 2021I have lived at CWA for three years now. It’s a good place to live, close to restaurants and I-95. Land lord is very welcoming and will work with you. The neighborhood is quiet. Favorite thing about living here is the porch you have off to the side. It’s your own slice of heaven. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and they are very friendly. This would be a great apartment for anyone single and or married.Review from Apartments.com
