AC was down for a whole summer
August 8, 2018Last summer the AC was turned off to make repairs that could have been done during the winter. Management never gave anyone a heads-up for these non-urgent repairs, and the AC was down for weeks. The building was over 90 degrees inside. No one apologized or acknowledged the safety issue.Review from Apartments.com
No A/C, units over 95 degrees inside for weeks
June 9, 2018The management shut down the AC in the entire building for many weeks during the hottest part of the summer. Elderly occupants were suffering health issues. No one was given any warning. There have also been times that the elevators both broke down at the same time, and people with walkers were unable to get up to their units. I've been concerned for the tenants here and have decided to leave.Review from Apartments.com
Improving under new management.
September 7, 2017Updating of common areas is in progress, a bit slow but getting done. Can't wait for the elevator upgrades to be completed, with both elevators running normally there's hardly any wait. I am hopeful the new management company will bring building back up to par with surrounding area. It's a great location.Review from Apartments.com
Worst nightmare ever!!!!
May 19, 2017Worst nightmare ever!!!! There is only one elevator in the building, the second one is not working. The elevator that works has a limit of 6 people, sometimes it is necessary to wait for a elevator 10, 15 minutes and sometimes the elevator will not arrive!!! The apartments are very hot the temperature inside is about 88 F or more!!! There is no air flow in the hallways... maintenance workers just shut off a few days ago... no one knows why. People go down the stairs from the 18th floor and come ...back. We are waiting for someone to die of heart or stroke. It's crazy!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible walk through
September 18, 2016I went look at a 1 bedroom unit about 2 weeks ago. 1. Weeds growing everywere outside the front enterance 2. Rocks in the flower pots instead if flowers. 3. Halls dark and very unwelcoming 4. Several tenants caught me begore i entered warning me about rude, dirty and shady tenants. 5. Only redeaming quality is very pleasant head building engineer.
