Talk about luxury living!
August 8, 2024Just moved in and everyone was so welcoming and nice. Apparently, there's new management and it seems it was a super sweet upgrade. This place has the most amenities on location that I've ever lived at. I'll definitely be checking out their movie theater after I go bowling with my kids. The pool is to die for. Very resort style. Nightmare Living Situation
November 26, 2023I wish I could give this apartment complex 0 stars! My apartment had multiple major water leaks that the complex had to keep "fixing". It got to a point where the walls were constantly wet and becoming moldy (and so were all of our belongings). Also, the apartment had a really bad pest issue and we constantly fought with management to get the proper pest control that the apartment needed. Management never followed through and it slowly became uninhabitable, despite our own efforts. It was a ...nightmare and we couldn't get out of there any faster! March 29, 2023From my experience, the new management group is extremely helpful and now on top of what should have been done all along. In that I mean all concerns are now being taken care of. Now you can feel safe, confident that your every need will be taken care of. Christina, the property manager is getting the job done! Samantha, Victoria, and the Assistant Manager has been attentive and able to count on them for everything.. Terrible management
March 19, 2023The property could be really nice, but it is very poorly run. Amenities are broken and falling apart. Our microwave broke a month ago and we haven’t been able to get maintenance to come out and fix it. They have an agreement with the Breakers to house their workers at a discounted rate, so you’re paying luxury rates to have questionable neighbors. Tow trucks are like sharks looking to make an easy buck on any violation. Don’t live here!Review from Apartments.com

Great Expereience from Parent of Young Adult at Cameron Estates
July 7, 2022My son works in Florida and I live in Pennsylvania and we couldn't have found a better place than Cameron Estates.When we visited his Mom and I were both impressed by his apartment and the overall complex. I was surprised at how private his apartment was and by the safety of the complex. What made our expereince so positive was our interactions with all the staff and the manager Stephanie. Everyome was always responsive, helpful and accomodating from signing the contract, to moiving in and moving ...out. We took the 7 month lease because my son is a seasonal worker and as a parent from far away I felt much better knowing he was in a great safe place and in good hands with the staff. The location is also excellent with close highway access, adundant close retail and grocery, and not far away at all from awesome downtown West Palm. Cameron Estates is back on track!!!
August 10, 2020We moved our daughter into Cameron Estates over a year ago. We chose Cameron because of the 24 hr. manned security gate and all of the amazing amenities that they have!!! Although there were issues in the past, the new property manager, Stephanie, is really doing an amazing job of whipping this gorgeous facility back into tip top shape! Her continuous vigilant efforts are already so evident to us when we visit and we truly appreciate everything she is doing to make Cameron Estates the best place ...to live in the West Palm Beach area! You simply can’t beat the location being right in between Palm Beach Atlantic University, Rosemary Square and all of the best outlets and restaurants! Also...we love Frank in maintenance! Management is a joke
September 12, 2019The property is beautiful but management does not really care. First of all management keeps changing so often ( not a good sign ) but also they do not follow up with guests. Responding to residents emails, my dear new GM, should be a sign that you passionately care of your job and your guests. Ignoring them won’t make things better . I send you 3 different emails during the last 3 months regarding 3 different issue or simple questions and all i had was 0 answers. I was forced to spend 2 ...nights at the hotel ( at my own expense) due severe mold damage caused because management did not care to follow up.
