Nice apartment but no chance to sleep
March 14, 2023I entered my apartment about a month ago and I haven’t slept one night. I have a neighbor above me with a dog that starts barking at 1 or 2 AM. Every night they open the balcony for the dog and s/he will be running out barking so loudly at people at very late night. It freaks me out and prevents from sleeping almost every night. I wrote a note to them and the management got pissed that anything such that they should deal with it themselves but I haven’t experienced any change since I spoke to the ...management, indeed it gets worse and worse. I just got in and my wife hasn’t even joined me and I already want to run away. I can’t wait for my lease to end, I won’t be renewing!! I like how the place looks and I like that the maintenance tries super hard to solve any issue asap plus the management so far are very nice people. However, people pay to rest. June 5, 2020I don’t understand the poor reviews. I’ve lived in a small 1 bedroom for a year and they have always been very helpful in the office and maintenance wise and it’s both quiet and clean here! Due to this I’m moving to a larger one soon and staying with them. It is hard to find rental companies you can trust in Morgantown and I finally found one that you can. Wonderful Place to Live
September 30, 2019We just moved into Campus View Apartments in August, and it has already been a great experience. The apartments are so new and clean... practically brand-new! When we moved in, everything smelled freshly cleaned, which was wonderful. The carpets seem to be very well taken care of, as well as all of the walls. The apartments are very modern, with white walls and neutral-colored countertops and floors, making it easy to decorate with any colors/themes of your choice.
