    People seem friendly enough. Maintenence requests typically get here in a reasonable amount of time. Feels weird not having an oven with a digital screen though.

    Place is nice, but I’m not getting any of my messages that I have sent to the building answered at all. My neighbors have a beeping smoke alarm and I don’t know what I can do to hang paintings without breaking my lease

    Living here has been great! Price is very low especially with all utilities included. Any work orders we have needed to put in have been taking care of extremely quickly, the office staff has been amazing to work with, our questions have never gone unanswered. The community itself isn't loud at Campus View which is surprising for college living but I haven't had any issues. Overall the apartment is pretty spacious and comfortable, the only thing I don't like is there is not central air, just box ...
    units but they do a good job keeping the spaces reasonable.

    While it is cheap, there’s a reason for that. The apartments are not in the best shape, the staff have a lot of attitude at times, noise can be a problem, and crime is a bit higher with security not really doing anything and there are no cameras. Packages get stolen and cars are broken into with the security and office not caring. On the upside, it is close to Kirkwood and other things. Also maintenance responds somewhat quickly.

    I would love to give it a 5 star review. The office staff and maintenance are awesome! With short leases and people moving in an out sometimes the neighbors you get is the luck of draw. Other than that it’s a good place to be. It’s close to Campus and close to anything you need within 20 minutes or less.
