    They lie about everything. They do not fix your home despite multiple requests. They tell you that you have a meter outside your unit and read it monthly for utilities. That's a lie. I took pictures of the meter two months in a row. It doesn't work. This should be illegal. They doubled the utilities bill starting in December. So they just decide how much to charge you since the meter doesn't work. They charge $17 more for trash than the city does. Dishonest management.
