April 25, 2022I've stayed at this complex for almost a year now and I have had great experiences with the building staff! The structure itself has seen better days but everything inside the building has been renovated. Floor plans are really spacious, and pricing is somewhat reasonable comparing to other apartments with similar amenities in the area. If you are apartment hunting I will suggest reading more reviews before you sign because that's how I decided on this place, and I'm glad I did my research! ...8.5/10 would recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

April 8, 2021Canvas LA is a beautiful resort-style community right near downtown. While your right off the 110 you barely even hear the traffic because they sound proofed the walls so good. There's a pool that plays music underwater and a big hot tub (hard to find this large of a size in LA). The movie theater and two gyms and resident's two floor clubs are great for me to bring friends over for lunch (order LA CAFE so good and they deliver). I love showing off where I live. And the staff Bill, Edita and Mark ...helped me so much with my move and are always helpful everyday with whatever you need. There's a lot of choices in LA, you should go Canvas LA. You won't be sorry, make your friends jealous of where you live in luxury :)Property Manager Responded
