Bugs - we have had a couple spider scares -we put a work order in and they have a company that comes out on Friday that fumigates upon request. The company leaves a tag on your door explaining exactly what they used in your apartment. Grounds- They have someone 7days a week that walks around picking up anything that isn't suppose to be there. This person also takes apart all the grills and cleans them. Tenants- they are hit or miss. People are mostly to themselves which I appreciate but some people are loud, rude, and obnoxious. This is not the apartment complexes fault. Parking - everyone gets one reserved parking spot which is nice , there is a lot of spots but they get filled very quickly. I have not had any issues with vandalisim or break ins. Pool- I never used it but there are two pools and one hot tub- they always look clean and there's ample chairs lounging chairs. Laundry- there are two laundry room the machines are coin operated. The machines are OK .. That's it just okay. Utilities- I have a problem with them. First they say that they pay for gas and there is nothing in the apartment that is gas operated - I guess they say this because the grills are gas operated? I don't know. Secondly they have us paying for Cubs on a monthly basis and also paying for Anaheim utilities I think somewhere I'm paying double for something. Apartment- I am in the birch apartment and it is a spacious layout it's 800 sq ft and the price is good. I recently moved here from Long Island,NY so really anything is better price wise than it was in New York. One thing that I really dislike about the apartment is that there is one very old AC unit in the living room. It cools down the living room/dining room but does not reach the bedroom. Wish there was one in the bedroom as well.
