January 13, 2021The office staff are so super friendly, very caring and easy to talk to, along with the maintenance staff, they're awesome!! They always go above and beyond to help the residents. I would give this place six stars all around if i could. The pool is amazing. It's a great community and a great place to live!! This Christmas, a gift was left on every single apartment door by staff which was so nice of them and they arranged for Santa and his sleigh to visit the apartments each year. I am moving ...into my new house that I just bought and it is incredible how helpful and understanding the staff was. My escrow got pushed back two times so I have to ask for an extension on my 30 Day notice. The manager Ms. Green called and asked the new move in if they would extend their move in date and both times somehow she got them to agree. She even helped me find a good, low priced cleaner, as with the move I was having trouble getting my apartment done. After move out, she even called me because I had forgotten my vacuum in the closet and let me come pick it up. I received all of my security deposit back along with a nice note for leaving the apartment ready to rent. Regarding the rent payments.... I paid mine on the 31 over the phone and had no problems and if I did not remember to call during the week I just dropped it in the drop box. Shady management
January 4, 2021I’ve lived in 8 different apartments, and this apartment has been my worst experience ever. Moving in, we were forced to pay the pet fee for BOTH of our service animal. I was almost fined for someone else not picking up their dog’s poop. Made me pay a late fee even though they weren’t able to take the payment for my rent on the 31st- the 3rd. May 21, 2019First time apt. dwellers. Management is professional and made our move from another state easy. Katrina in the office always has a smile and is so helpful! The maintenance team of Cesar and Eduardo were very helpful and saw that all our maintenance needs were met promptly. They assured us that they will be here whenever needed. Love my new home!
June 24, 2017I just moved in 2 weeks ago, and I love it here. The neighboring homes add visual appeal to this somewhat secluded area. The view of the mountains is beautiful! The management staff is very friendly and helpful when needed. The maintenance man is friendly, too, and takes care of needs quickly. My apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom which is way less $$ than I would pay in the city I moved from. I would definitely recommend Canyon Walk!Review from Apartments.com
