November 7, 2024Everyone in the front office and maintenance is fantastic. However. The decision to scrap not 1, but 2 rollaway dumpsters was not smart. I get that there is profit involved but now you have an eyesore to deal with. That and an overflow of trash in apartments. Personally I have went to throw trash out and couldn't due to to massive amount already there. Yet we are threatened with fines if trash is left on our decks. You made this problem but want to penalize your residents for your decision? An ...extra dumpster eats into your profit by that much? What about future residents driving by that trash heap.....pretty sure that hits your bottom line more than 1 extra dumpster. Your call for now.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
