May 8, 2024I have resided in Capitol 650 for over three years and have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the community. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the apartment's yearly maintenance. Currently, we lack the necessary equipment, such as large ladders, to properly clean and maintain certain areas, particularly the corners and high spaces. I feel that with the support and collaboration of the community, we could address these maintenance issues more effectively.Property Manager Responded

April 10, 2024Part of the Capitol 650 community from more than 4.5 years now. Enjoyed the stay until last year, but from then I see the quality of maintenance service has decreased a lot. March 29, 2024More and more people smoke in this building and people didn't clean their dog poop. They just poop on the hall way. And the gym needs some deep clean, so is the pool. The elevator was off functioning for sooo longProperty Manager Responded
