      Comfortable 2024 The grounds and access look great. Dogs are managed well. Everyone has great dogs and pick up after them. The pool was closed most of the year and is still closed for off season. The Hot Tub has been greatly missed for a long time while while waiting for repairs never completed. Our apartment is comfortable and everything works but is showing age on the washer and dryer. The location is great and it sounds like the schools are great. Almost all of our requests have had good ...

      I got turned down for the apt. because I had a charge off on my credit report. I assumed companies would understand when Covid hit , people lost jobs and didn't have money to pay bills. Also, I understand that doesn't matter to people. Ms. Lindsey was so nice to me and really wanted me to get the apt. but she said it was nothing she could do! I'm new to this State, so I'm learning how it works when applying for an apartment!

      The space going to my front door was embarrassingly filthy and no one would clean it. Out front the dogs were allowed to pee on the grass and kill it. The dogs large dogs were allowed to go off leash.
