    Terrible ownership and management team.

    A terrible ownership and management team can never get a hold of office people. Management is NEVER in the office. Can never get help. They have never maintained the water heaters or the AC units; they refuse to enforce rules in the rental agreement. Cameras don't work. It's just an all-around bad place; all they are worried about are the cell phone towers they put on top. Had a fire after Thanksgiving, and since nobody is in the office, the constitution people can't get in to fix the damage.

    Pretty good apartment but management is very unprofessional. It says you need to be 62 or disabled, I was disabled when I applied but was turned down because I wasn't 62. Now live here and I would say 50% are not within the age requirement I was told. Management is most likely not in office at posted times and will not assist with anything if it is after 2 in the afternoon or a weekend. Halls are very hot and carpet isn't cleaned very often. I try to avoid an activities they pull together ...
    because of rudness of staff. Many suggestions for residents on free food, activities etc... are ignored and not posted or put in news letter.
