February 12, 2025I have lived here off and on for the past three years and love it. It was my first apartment and I highly recommend it if you plan to stay for awhile in between places. Any leasing specials they have, they wont screw you over on them. Love living here.Property Manager Responded

November 11, 2024Been a resident here for two years (not consecutively) and I had picked this place for it being the cheapest for high quality compared to other apartments in the area. My husband and I love the proximity to our favorite place, Akashi and the short drive to Xscape on 1488 for a movie on occasion. Job opportunities in new Magnolia right up the road and 18 minute drive to I-45. It has had it's ups and downs, but overall the best fit for the area.Property Manager Responded

October 17, 2024We moved to the area from out of state and were looking for a complex with community amenities. We were excited about the pictures we saw online and the convenience of being close to the area we were looking at. While in the application process, we found many extra charges, asked for a video walk through and we were told they don’t do that, and had to send some documents multiple times, with all that being said we were assured that all of the apartments/amenities look like the pictures online and ...there aren’t any surprises. We decided to trust that. We were assigned an apartment about a month before arrival. Upon arrival, we entered a dirty apartment. They had someone come clean. There are bugs in light fixtures, fixtures in the bathrooms don’t match, some are rusting. There are paint splatters on the floor, freezer doesn’t work, and there is no globe over ceiling fan light. This apartment is livable, but not on the upper end. It did not give good first impressions.Property Manager Responded
