    BEDBUG RIDDEN. My roommates and I suffered numerous bites, blood spotting and stains from having to live with bedbugs while treatment was being conducted after we found them during move in. Very dirty. Poor spotty internet. Extremely high utility overages due to horrible apartment insulation. Management will withhold security deposit. Friends apartment in other building was much nicer than mine even though we paid the same rent. I paid rent on time each and every month and had to fight management ...

  • The management office is pretty useless.

    The apartment itself is fine except that it is kinda pricy for its location (really far from campus). However, the management office can basically do nothing for you but charging you fees. I live on the first floor and mold came out of nowhere in a bathroom that I had never used. (I live in a 2b2b and use the other one because that's where all the shampoos and stuffs are). It was so obvious because there was not a single towel/bottle/whatever in the bathroom. The manager insisted it was my ...
    fault due to my misuse of the bathroom(srsly?)and took away the showerhead, which I don't really care because I don't use it anyway. But I still have to pay for the ridiculous "mold damage".
