AWFUL & Careless management
March 3, 2018I have lived here for several years and during the past 3 years my rent has increased more than double. I am currently paying $700 right now and I just got a notice on my door that by may 1st it will be 925 dollars!!!!! 2 tiny bedrooms, a kitchen with a broken oven that's been broken for more than 2 years and the managers do not care to fix it. Place constantly has a high turnover of new managers. My kitchen sink doesn't drain my shower drain is slow and recently they came in to install new ...outlets and now half my electricity doesn't work and they have not come back to fix it. That was over 2 weeks ago so now I have extension cords just to have some kind of lighting but no working lights/outlets in my bedroom. Also very limited parking and only somewhat safe south Salem neighborhood because it is next to a bar. I would never recommend these apartments to anybody!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
