August 3, 2016We love this place. When you walk through the gates you have this warm feeling like you belong here.. And when we met Christy, she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable.. Gotta love her.. This place is Quiet , cozy. And safe above all. . Security here . The maintiance crew are unbelievable Christie and her crew really makes us feel at home here . Safe. Oh by the way thank you for my new refrigerator . Ours went out on a Sunday ,we call them on a Sunday , next thing we knew. Ms ...Christy. (Manager of Carton apts) put a new brand new one back in. We moved a long ways from home. 3 states over. Thank you Ms ChristyProperty Manager Responded

I love Carlton Park
January 2, 2014This smaller community has a warm and inviting feel. I have lived her for a year and I love it. The office staff is very kind and helpful. My favorite feature is the attached garage! This is the only complex in the area with the garage attached to the apartments.Property Manager Responded
