April 14, 2021My first time renting since we moved out of our parents home to start a new adventure. These apartments is our new start and it’s been great. These apartments are cute and the management team here are wonderful. Maintenance is great on time when you need them for something. Only thing is I wish we could of used the pool that was here but unfortunately it was broken and couldn’t be repaired. But other the. That I love it here and I would love to stay and call this home. May 16, 2019I recommend secure entrances, changing thermostats and heating system maybe through ComEd. Upgrading windows. Look into grants. No soliciting signs. I will admit the ComEd bills are reasonable. The apartment is decent. People I've talked to also say you pay for all utilities and insurance. People feel that's a lot. Snow plowing does not happen early enough, especially on the weekends. This includes shoveling. I have had to shovel myself out of the parking spot.Review from Apartments.com
