March 18, 2025Pros: I love the apartment! Very convenient, spacious, and how they set up carriage park like a community Cons: some people living inside it is not that considerate. Trash are being left in the elevators, at the back inside of the building. Vandalizing the elevators and walls at the main entrance. cctv is a must for those law breaking residents. For the management-the parking lot need its guide lines to be repainted, fix the holes on the walls, and how I wish they could suggest it to the upper ...mngt to put atleast a couple of chairs at the main lobby for guests and residents to sit on while waiting for a ride.Property Manager Responded
