    Love living here spacious convent and peaceful place to live. Fast response to any problems. Clean and attractive apartment building Neighbors are quiet and watch out for each other. You can get packages delivered and no one will steal them. Staff is helpful and friendly. Convient to grocery stores and churches. Safe area with police close by.     Front office staff is horrible, doesn’t get stuff done and is rude. Neighbors are loud and slam stuff at all hours. Parking is horrible, weather there is no parking or people park way too close to lines or over.

    Great community and location. The staff are helpful and kind. Putting in service requests and overall easy of use is great here. Only downside so far has been the lack of cleaning in the gym and bathrooms for the gym / pool.

    Dead trees were removed after one fell on a car. New street signs added which are very nice. Still, the buildings are in desperate need of cleaning and overhangs are in need of repairs as well. Siding missing showing wood rot.

    I’ve lived here on and off for 5 years now. I used to love living here but each time I move back, it’s worse. The community is not as clean as before, the management team never seem to follow through with what they tell you. And it takes forever to get anything done when you call the office.
