August 14, 2024I had the opportunity of working with the team over at Carroll at Rivery, and I couldn’t be happier. I stopped in on a late Friday afternoon and Miranda in the leasing office immediately helped me out and gave me a couple tours. The hospitality was excellent and I knew this was where I wanted to move. Over the next few days Miranda helped me constantly with paperwork, information, and just questions that I had arise. Building a Beautiful Community
May 9, 2024My cumulative experience with Carroll at Rivery Ranch, having lived here for a month, has been exceedingly positive. The people that run Carroll show an obvious desire to make it a beautiful community, and they go above and beyond in their efforts to make it such. Roxy has been exceptionally helpful from the beginning when I first toured the apartments. Aside from being an exceptional note-maker, she is a very warm person who truly cares about people. She and people with that same heart are ...what make Carroll a wonderful place to call home. I have had positive experiences with the Maintenance Team, and the Curtesy Patrol Officer. We love living here
February 24, 2024I love living at this apartment. The apartment itself is a very reasonable price for the location and proximity to Austin, and also for the excellent location in Georgetown. We are close to everything we need. I pulled into the parking lot here to take a call and thought I would look up the apartment, but knew it would not be in our price range. We were very excited to see that it was. The pool is the amazing, it is the best pool I have swam in. It is large, has a great enclosed kitchen, ...gas grills, covered seating and awesome cabanas. There is also a nice fire pit and seating area right off the pool area. Every time we go swimming I take it in and am very thankful to have such an awesome pool. We love swimming and it is an amazing experience every time. The pool area is beautiful. I hate wearing goggles, and there are no chemicals and do not have to wear them when I swim. The theater room is great too. We enjoy the activities there, and when there are not activities and it is empty we watch sports or movies in there. It is a great experience. Whenever I have needed something fixed they are quick and there are no hassles. Even after looking up on YouTube I was unable to figure out how to remove the stopper to my shower and unclog the drain. There is no problem and they come in and unclog it. My burner on my broiler went out and they fixed it right away. Ashely is great, and I love working with her and everyone else. Everyone is friendly and goes out of their way to make home a great place. There is such a relief of stress living here.Property Manager Responded

September 27, 2023I've been a resident in this apartment for just over a month, and I'm delighted to report that it has been an exceptional experience. From the moment I embarked on the apartment tour and commenced the application process, Roxy, Miranda, and Ashley exhibited kindness, warmth, and the utmost professionalism. What's truly remarkable is that these qualities have remained unwavering since I signed the lease; if anything, they have only grown stronger. The office staff consistently demonstrates a ...willingness to address any questions or concerns I may have, and they promptly take action to resolve them. An added perk I thoroughly enjoy is the complimentary morning coffee, and the office staff never fail to greet me with a cheerful "Good morning" and a warm smile. It's an excellent way to start the day, and it's hard to top free coffee, friendly greetings, and a smile! I must also extend a heartfelt shout - out to the maintenance team: Johnny, Chelsea, and Ulises! They are truly exceptional - friendly, approachable, intelligent, and professional. Any maintenance issues or requests are handled promptly, and they always leave my apartment in impeccable condition after completing their work. Coming from California, I can't say if it's a Southern thing or simply a testament to Carroll at River Ranch's high employee standards, but you won't be disappointed or forgotten by the staff here. Now, let's talk about the external perks. The apartment complex's amenities are second to none. There's a gym, a pool, a BBQ area, a movie theater, summer kitchen, a dog park, and more. They even offer a secure package delivery system for Amazon, a true bonus for online shoppers. Additionally, they host events and have a resident’s portal with interest groups, fostering an outstanding sense of community. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, and the building frequently hosts events that facilitate resident interaction and connection. The location of this apartment is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. It provides effortless access to all your essential needs. Restaurants, shops, a movie theater, newly built HEB, newly built COSTCO, and a Walmart, most within a short walk, making life incredibly convenient. Beautiful apartments and great location
August 23, 2023Me and my family have been here for two weeks but the staff at the location are amazing and super helpful. They helped us a lot and made our application process easy. Goods and bads
March 13, 2023Pros: If you get a unit facing the golf club, you will get all the privacy and a great view. Absolutely recommended. We lived here since it was built for 3 years. The maintenance and staff are friendly and even after your lease start - which is usually not the case with other complexes. Cons: Your neighbor will complain of noise and hopefully you will get a good neighbor, otherwise they might want to make your life hell - even outside silence hours. Many times, my building smells like ...marijuana. Nothing against it, I am just not sure you can smoke on the building.Property Manager Responded

More square footage for your money.
December 29, 2022I've been living at Carroll Rivery Ranch for only four months, but in that short time I've gotten to know the leasing agent, Ashley. She's a patient sweet young lady that's professional and courteous. She has helped me navigate the daunting on line application procedure. I had several Service Request that I requested on Tuesday morning and by early afternoon that same day they were fixed. I haven't stayed in an apartment in over 30 years. I was expecting the worst from past experience, but I'm ...happy that I was wrong. I don't smell other peoples cooking nor do I hear them. My stay thus far has been pleasant. They are pet friendly, they have a self grooming station, agility training course and walking areas with clean up stations. For your car they have a power spray hose and vacuum AND if you have an e-car then you're in luck. They have a special parking where you can charge. You would be happy to know they recycle. Also, they have a 24/7 gym!! I noticed they have picnic tables with grills in a park like setting that I can't wait to enjoy!!! A huge fire pit, big beautiful pergola, a saltwater pool open year round and you can rent the kitchen by the pool. There’s also a theater you can rent. They have a lot of incentives like, free movies, different types of contests and a beautiful lobby to hang out at. My experience with the staff that I've met so far has been very positive from the Property Manager, Leasing Agent, Ashley and two of the maintenance men that I've met. If you haven't noticed by now Carroll Rivery Ranch Apartments have more square footage than the rest of the apartments in town.Property Manager Responded

I love this community
September 7, 2020I’ve lived here for almost a year. Some of my favorite things about living here are my neighbors..... and their dogs! Our amenities are always clean. The office staff feels like family ( especially Austin) they are all so kind and helpful. They have gone out of their way to help me many times. The apartments are luxurious. I can’t hear my neighbors through the walls. I’ve lived in two buildings now and I’ve never had noise issues. Parking has never been an issue! The complex is very close to the ...square, shopping, and numerous restaurants and bars. I’m never leaving;)Property Manager Responded

Don’t do it
April 1, 2020Property management is all about getting people to sign lease...no amenities or customer service once you move in. Dogs / dog poop everywhere! Trash from construction crews surrounds property. Better bang for your buck any place else in G’town.Review from Apartments.com
