Prospective Renters beware
October 28, 2016Mike and Sharon are absolutely two-faced and will do only what seems best for them, not the renters. Do not expect any individual hospitality. They put out some drinks and bananas once a week and say they are thoughtfully providing Casa Cordova breakfast to all the residents, but when you really need help, they are not were to be found. The building is old and needs maintenance in a variety of places (they had to shut down all their fireplaces due to crumbling infrastructure, and installed ...fake electric ones). Definitely can find much newer buildings are more affordable pricing... don't waste it here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
