April 5, 2025Very pleased with Cascade Apartments. Very respectful, very understanding, very reasonable, and also very helpful. However, what I'm really pleased about, is when I first viewed my apartment and seen how it looked (after I was told my apartment was going to be cleaned the morning of my move-in day), they were here within a quick minute or 2 to do a quick cleaning. Just very over all pleased with my move in process and everything it entails! Thank you for letting me experience this new chapter in ...my life with you guys!Property Manager Responded

March 25, 2025Ive been here a few years since my daughter was born and it's been the best experience. It's my first apartment on my own and then my husband later moved in.
