September 1, 2024What I noticed about Cascade Apts is the grounds are always clean and the lawn is well kept. The Staff are always willing to help with anything and do so with a smile. They have never been rude or difficult to me in the 7 years that I've been here. I like how it's location is very conveniently close, just a couple of miles away from everything. I like how the Cascade stands out from all the other's with it's maroon doors. Only downside is that because where I'm located that it is hard to find ...and mostly won't show on any map. So it makes deliveries hard to get. People that visit me get lost because they're gps are wrong also the numbers on the buildings so faded you can hardly make them during the day imagine at night. I don't know if anyone else has this problem. All in all it's a very pleasant place to live.Property Manager Responded
