December 12, 2025The reason for this rating. The people that have started to move in are not the same as before. Dog’s barking at all the time of day. People leaving cars in the middle of the parking, see that you need to pass and keep talking like if you weren’t there. This place has been changing not for the best.Review from Apartments.com

October 7, 2025Great location. The amenities are awesome. Management and staff are friendly and always ready to assist. The apartments are specious and comfortable. Plenty of parking space. Garbage service is very convenient. Overall, great complex to live in.Property Manager Responded

July 4, 2025I have seen the community change since I have moved in. The quality is not how it was before. They have the gate bar on the ground for over a year in the bushes. It’s already getting rusted for the water. The gates people go in and out of the exits. They steal packages. Hallways are dirty.Review from Apartments.com

April 16, 2025The Casero Apartments are the newest construction in the area but what brings the living experience down is the quality of some of the recent renters to the area. The marijuana smell is overwhelming and the upstairs neighbors constantly make noise even between 2-4 am but pretty much throughout the day so try to get the top floor if thinking of moving here. The management and maintenance staff are excellent and the apartments are very convenient to the Palmetto and 836. Overall, I feel these are ...the best apartments in the immediate area.Property Manager Responded

December 31, 2024Been here for 2 years, not a bad experience overall. Despite them transitioning management halfway through and was never notified, staff was never an issue as long as you abide by the rules.Property Manager Responded
