Your ELECTRIC, WATER, SEWER and GARBAGE , are all included in your monthly Rents from $725 to $750 and an $800 deposit (can be paid in 4 equal payments of $200 upon move-in and $200 on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th month of your tenancy), we are providing FREE WIFI with a minimum of 15 MPS, and if 80 MPS is needed, the upgrade is available for $45 monthly. Our Studio Community is located a few minutes drive to the downtown of one of the nation's fastest growing cities. We are Looking for Friendly, Kind, Respectful Applicants who are looking for a nice clean and safe place to live. Coin-operated laundromat is located downstairs on the property. Our 27 Camera Security system recording 24/7 is now up and working. Background/Criminal Checks AND Income Verification are Mandatory for ALL Applicants. Pet policy: Only 1 cat allowed and there is a cat fee of $25 monthly.... Pest Control: Monthly service (every 3rd.
