Worst place to live
July 7, 2023Not only is it expensive rent but the apartments are very outdated! We’ve had work orders out in four months now and nothing has gotten fixed. We haven’t had ice for months and there’s mold growing on the walls from a broken bathtub that hasn’t been fixed for months. These apartments are built cheap and they charge way to much for them. Will not be renewing my lease.Review from Apartments.com
They don’t answer emails or answer your calls ever if you’re an existing resident
July 8, 2022If you’re an existing resident there’s a 99% chance they won’t answer your call EVER!. Even if you leave a voicemail they don’t care. They don’t call you back. I’ve waited more than 4 days. Even weeks to get a simple email answered. Again, They DON’T care. When there’s plenty of people in the office. However If you’re a new prospect you better believe your call will be answered. The gates are working better now. They use to break down every other week.Review from Apartments.com
Phenomenal
January 7, 2021I lived here for over roughly 3 years, soon to be leaving for work purposes. I love this place, my girlfriend who comes and stays loves this place, management is great, pest control regularly, maintenance gets the job done when needed, in a timely manner, and the staff is very flexible if things happen to come up (especially during COVID). Looks great on the inside and is as advertised. The only gripes I have are: 1) My unlucky fortune of having children living above me the entire time (on 3 ...separate occasions). Can't hear the parents walking so I know it's not thin floors. 2) The parking can be atrocious at times. If you get home after 7 pm on a weekday, you're parking a decent distance. I was in building 9 though which happens to not be streetside but in the center of 3 lots that also accommodate multiple buildings. Weekends unfortunately can be even worse. If I were to ever move back to El Paso, I would not think twice about possibly moving back if I was looking to live on the east side of town.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

It was great until...
February 23, 2018It’s true that the apartments are nice and the staff is sweet when you move in. If you move in, pay attention to everything and take pictures. When moving out, however, they are poor at getting files done. Near the end of the shortest lease that they have, I noticed a crack in the wall in the living room which was painted over beforehand. I know this for sure because I am the only one that resided in the apartment and the living room never had furniture in it, it was never used. Everything is ...done by paper so if you ever receive anything in your door make sure you have enough understanding of what they are asking for. A cozy place to call home!
January 21, 2016We moved here from Indiana.We did everything online to check out if this place was clean and safe.We love our apartment.We just have a 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor.It is the perfect size for my husband and I.We love to sit out on our balcony and look out over the city and we can see the mountains!Our kitchen is very nice,and the appliance are in great shape, for me to do some baking and some cooking. And it is so nice to have washer & dryer in our apartment, so I can wash my husbands ...scrubs after he returns home from working in the ER at hospital.It is so nice to have a sliding patio door in the bedroom to go out on balcony too.And it has a nice big walk in closet.The bathroom is small but works for us.We had to call maintenance to fix the spicket and shower head in the tub.He came and fixed it and he was so nice.And it works great now.There is no elevators here, but with all the great eating places around here, we need the exercise! :) We love the exercise room, the equipment is in great shape.The pools look really nice here, we look forward to using them when it warms up.We are waiting for the Hot Tubs heater to come in so we can use that too.The clubhouse is very nice,it has computers & printers to use,TV,fooseball,pool table,a small kitchen. Outside there is gas grill & charcoal grills to use, a firepit to relax at night and roast a marshmallow. A small playground for the little ones and a small basketball court and a pet playground.We are close to grocery store, gas station, car wash, subway, mexican restaurants within walking distance and so much more shopping & restaurants within driving distance.Brenda that works in the office here, has been so helpful to us.She has given us many tips on where to eat, and on things to do.Everybody is so friendly and kind.I would definitely recommend this place to live!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
