A truly charming place to live
March 21, 2025Maria, Elizabeth, Stephanie are such marvelous ladies never had a issue and they always made me feel so homely. They offer such wonderful Amenities. They do so much community events, and resident activities which is so much fun! Maintenance does a Outstanding job they always fix my problem and never made me feel uncomfortable when entering my home. it's quiet and peaceful I feel very protected, living here has been truly enriching.Review from Apartments.com
Overpriced and unsafe
April 21, 2022Overpriced for the small amount of space you get. Unsafe place to live and the leasing office does nothing when there's a situation but tell you to call the police and then starts forwarding the phones to the answering service to avoid dealing with anything.Property Manager Responded

Excellent complex
August 21, 2019I drove into this complex and I felt like I was at home the staff is excellent friendly and the nicest people I’ve ever met the property is beautiful I see maintenance hard at work and I can’t wait to come home and I would recommend anybody to go to this complex so if you decide you need a place to live this would be the place to go keep up the good work guys and yes they are five starsReview from Apartments.com
New Resident but
July 31, 2019I can tell you that things are good here, because management/maintenance is putting in the work to make it so. The staff is friendly and attentive to our needs, staff comes quickly (next day if not emergency) and sticks with the problem til it gets resolved. The pools and playgrounds are evenly spaced out to spread the noise to preserve a quiet community. (It helps that on the contract it says anyone who makes too much noise will be evicted.) Speaking of the community, everyone so far has been ...friendly and the gate helps keep undesirables out. At night, I can only hear the sound of cars driving by on the road, which helps me sleep since I grew up on the road. A short walk away is Walmart, Fry’s, 99 Cent Store, KFC, Church’s Chicken, Los Betos and a few other places.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Amazing Complex and Office Staff
August 12, 2015Have lived in my apartment complex for 2 years now and never lived in such a clean apartment complex and its pretty quiet and peaceful.
