    Apts have too many issues & can never be on time for any type of fixing request but they make sure they want that rent ?? horrible service go elsewhere ; I’m thinking about breaking my lease and leaving ; it’s insane

    Living in these apartments has been a very good experience. Michael in maintenance has been a life saver in the past. I recently met Chris in maintenance and he solved my problem very quickly. I recommend the whole maintenance department for the help they have given me.

  • Keep looking there's better!

    The appartment is mid, lots of noise from neigbors walking or kids running. Management has changed a lot since being here and there's a lack of rule enforcement. Dog poo is left on the ground, and halls smell of trash. The area is nice, so I'm sure there are better apartment's. I'll be moving soon, but don't be blinded by the aesthetics of the place.

  • DEFENSIVE POOR MANAGEMENT , POOR MAINTENANCE, UNSAFE AND NOISY

    They are rising their rent by 500 dollars for renewal. management suck, unsafe, all about appearance, very poor quality, noisy , no parking and too many pet, incompetent, unprofessional , defensive and disrespectful manager and staff. all talk but no walk. they really do not care about any resident.

  • Poor communication

    I have been waiting on a response on the status of my application for almost a week as this was my first choice in apartments to move into as my lease is up I have heard nothing and am moving closer to my move out date. Afraid I may have to find somewhere else to live if I don’t hear back ASAP. Terrible communication watch out if you need responses in a timely manner

    We moved from out of state with the promise of moving in this complex on 6/2. They moved the move in date to 6/4. Then to 6/11. Now on 6/10 we called to confirm move in for them to let us know we cannot move in until 6/28. All changes without even a 24 hour notice. By far the most unprofessional and poorly ran complex.
