February 12, 2025My bedroom is extremely cold. I put in a maintenance request in the evening. Randy and Tom came the next day. They checked the unit and gave me some suggestions. Someone even came and checked the window. Unfortunately the room is still very cold but I do appreciate the help that Randy and Tom gave me.Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2024There's nothing super special about the place but there's nothing really wrong. Maintenance is pretty good. It's always quiet. Rent fees is high for what you get especially when you are required to pay for valet trash but they dont actually pickup. Not sure I'll be renewing my lease.Property Manager Responded
