November 1, 2024Caveness Farms is generally peaceful and quiet. It’s pleasant walk around the pond though I’ve never seen the deer just turtles and geese. I enjoy the neighbors I’ve met and look forward to meeting more.Property Manager Responded

October 13, 2024The neighborhood is mostly quiet, other than our unit being backed up to the street and the windows are fairly thin. Which results in hearing some traffic at times. The property grounds are well maintained, making our walks around the pond quite pleasurable!Property Manager Responded

Hopefully, they will make some more improvements in how things are managed that will benefit the community at large and minimize tenant turnover.
