January 15, 2025I have lived at cayce cove for almost 3 years now and have had no issues up until this most recent school year began. Since August my ceiling has cracked open and leaked brown disgusting smelling water FIVE times in a matter of 6 months. The property managers have done nothing to fix this. My roomate and I have contacted them countless times and even reached out to DHEC and still there’s been nothing fixed and we still get the run around when trying to speak to office workers. This year living at ...cayce cove has made me and my roomate never want to return, we are both clean people and because all of these floods our apartment smells of mold constantly it’s a health hazard that the property does not want to take responsibility for or fix.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 31, 2024I’ve lived here for two years and the pool has been open for 2 weeks of it. They refill it up with water when there’s tours so it looks clean, but they never actually open it. The hot tub has never been open, not even for a day. Our back door has had a big hole in it where bugs fly in since we moved in and they said they ordered stuff to fix it a year and a half ago and never actually did. Two stars because it’s the cheapest rent in the Columbia area.Property Manager Responded
