Do not live here
January 10, 2025They have deleted me previous reviews. Horrible awful place. They don’t fix anything and delete maintenance requests. My apartment has no heat, the ceiling leaks every time it rains. My washing machine has been broken for 2 months, my fridge leaks water and floods the kitchen floor. I’m pretty sure The whole place is infested with mold. AND THEY WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! I call multiple times a day, I send emails and they never respond, I show up at the office, no one is ever there. DO NOT LIVE ...IN THIS HORRIBLE AWFUL PLACE. The entire unit is basically falling apart.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great for College students!
October 25, 2024My son was excepted at the University of Texas and he is within riding distance to the campus. The prices are great considering other places I have seen. Great amenities and great staff, eager to help and show you what you need to complete application. I love the fact you can walk to museums and shopping.Review from Apartments.com

please. do not live here.
July 1, 2022look. landlords suck. management companies suck. I understand that. but these people are downright negligent. don't be fooled by the "cheap" rent, cute property (the photos are outdated, the property is destroyed now), or convenient location. they egregiously overcharge for utilities (Every resident pays $20+ a month for "common area electric", which I was told was 6 lightbulbs). they NEVER fix anything I ask for (unless I spend blow up their phone line for a full day or sit in the leasing office ...and refuse to leave) and just delete my maintenance requests. they will promise XYZ and then ghost you. I had to start my anti-anxiety meds again after living here. please, please, just look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded
July 8, 2022Hello, Thank you for taking the time to review our community. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal and I am sorry to hear that you have had such a negative experience at Cedar 31. I can personally make sure that all work order that you may have will be completed in a timely manner and not be deleted before completion. Please contact me via email with those work orders and we can be there next week to rectify the issues you are experiencing. In regards to the utility bills, the common area electric is a charge that fluctuates and this is listed on your lease that you signed and agreed to. I would never want our community to cause anyone stress or anxiety to the point of needing medical treatment. We are happy to discuss options with you on vacating to avoid further trouble with this. I look forward to hearing from you. Angie M; a.martin@cooperstreetcapital.com

Don’t live here
December 8, 2019Too many issues to list. Management routinely tries to overcharge for utilities. You WILL have (numerous) maintenance issues and they will take forever to get resolved. You will not be compensated whatsoever for your inconvenience. You will receive condescending and passive aggressive communication from management. Every tenant I’ve spoken to in the short time I’ve lived here echos my frustrations.Review from Apartments.com
