Friendly Staffs & excellent Maintenance
June 12, 2019This is my second year at Cedar Glen and have been Very much satisfied with the apartment. RP management have been Very Good in Keeping the Facility Much Better. Out of all the apartment complexes I’ve lived around, this apartment is one of the good in Maintenance (especially During Snow). The maintenance crew is very friendly, fast to respond, and helpful. They are also very pet friendly. This is very quiet community, convenient/safe location. Overall, I feel it has been good value for the ...amenities in this area, even though the buildings are quite old.Property Manager Responded

Good Value
February 23, 2019I have lived at Cedar Glen for over 2 years and have been satisfied. Since RP management took over there have been noticeable improvements and updates. Pros: spacious unit, lots of storage space, washer/dryer in unit, pool amenities, pet friendly, private entrances, receptive staff & maintenance, quiet community, convenient/safe location. Cons: draftiness (especially when it gets below freezing), very old building, pests. Overall I feel it has been good value for the amenities (similar "luxury" ...apartments in the area are much more expensive) but the buildings are quite old.Property Manager Responded
