April 25, 2024This place sadly is going down! The manger and the cooperative board states the cooperative is broke! Sadly, the building has some structural damage in some places, the hot water comes and goes! Pests infestation is on the rise!Review from Apartments.com
Wonderful place to live
July 12, 2023We have lived in this development for well over 23 years. The upkeep and care of the buildings and grounds is commendable. We have a wonderful maintenance staff who are both polite and very helpful. Vintage our managing agency with Mr Friedman the owner performs exemplary service in the care of our development. working with Mr Hogan our board President many wonderful changes and upgrades have been completed. And many more upgrades are in process. We love living here.Review from Apartments.com
